CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All coaching sessions are pre-paid and are non-refundable.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients must cancel or reschedule coaching sessions at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.
• Cancellations or reschedulings received less than 48 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the session and the associated fee.

Exceptions:

• In the event of a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstance, we will work with clients on a case-by-case basis to reschedule. Documentation may be required.

Please note:

• We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
