CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All coaching sessions are pre-paid and are non-refundable.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy:

Clients must cancel or reschedule coaching sessions at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.
Cancellations or reschedulings received less than 48 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the session and the associated fee.

Exceptions:

In the event of a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstance, we will work with clients on a case-by-case basis to reschedule. Documentation may be required.

Please note:

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
